KIDDICARE HOSTS BABY YOGA CLASSES

From April 1 2013 for six weeks only, Kiddicare at Castle Marina will be running a course on baby yoga. The course will focus on dynamic and fun body movement to help develop co-ordination, body confidence, brain development and relaxation.

Each class will use songs and movement in a fun way to encourage interaction and bonding, while relaxation massage techniques will be taught for use at home. The class size will be small so both parents and babies can socialise.

KIDDICARE LAUNCHES BABY MASSAGE AND REFLEXOLOGY CLASSES

From April 1 2013, Kiddicare at Castle Marina will be hosting a six-week course on baby massage and reflexology. For £50, parents with babies over four weeks old can attend a series of sessions aimed at teaching invaluable bonding and relaxation techniques to parents.

Massage and reflexology is known to help restless children get to sleep, ease pain from teething and colic and promote all-round calm. The classes are taken in small groups, allowing both parents and babies to socialise.

FIRST CHOICE AT CASTLE MARINA LOOKS AHEAD TO SUMMER SUN 2014 LAUNCH EVENT
